VentureDev Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using any product or service offered by VentureDev ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not purchase or use our products.

2. Digital Product Nature

All VentureDev products are digital goods.

Products may include but are not limited to:

  • FiveM scripts
  • Server resources
  • Discord bots
  • Web applications
  • Software
  • Templates
  • Source code
  • Digital downloads
  • Custom development services

Because products are delivered digitally, customers acknowledge that access may be granted immediately after purchase.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase, VentureDev grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the purchased product.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, customers may not:

  • Resell products
  • Redistribute products
  • Share download links
  • Leak source files
  • Upload products to public repositories
  • Claim ownership of VentureDev products
  • Repackage products for resale
  • Provide purchased files to third parties

Ownership of all intellectual property remains with VentureDev.

4. No Guarantee of Compatibility

VentureDev does not guarantee compatibility with:

  • Future FiveM updates
  • Framework updates
  • ESX versions
  • QBCore versions
  • Third-party resources
  • Operating systems
  • Hosting providers
  • Database configurations
  • Modified server environments

Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

5. No Guarantee of Functionality

Software is inherently complex.

While we strive to provide functional products, VentureDev makes no guarantee that products will:

  • Operate without errors
  • Be free of bugs
  • Meet every customer's needs
  • Remain compatible indefinitely
  • Function in all server environments

Products are provided "AS IS."

6. Support Policy

Support is provided at VentureDev's sole discretion.

We reserve the right to deny support for:

  • Modified files
  • Unsupported frameworks
  • Outdated software versions
  • User-caused issues
  • Conflicts with third-party resources
  • Unauthorized copies

Support does not include custom development unless separately agreed upon in writing.

7. Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the nature of digital products, VentureDev generally does not offer refunds once access has been granted.

Refunds may be issued only at our sole discretion.

Situations that do not qualify for refunds include:

  • Customer changed their mind
  • Customer no longer needs the product
  • Customer lacks technical knowledge
  • Compatibility with custom server setups
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Future framework changes
  • Server performance issues unrelated to our product

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact VentureDev before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is initiated for a legitimately delivered product, VentureDev reserves the right to:

  • Revoke licenses
  • Disable product access
  • Terminate customer accounts
  • Deny future purchases
  • Pursue collection of disputed funds where permitted by law

Evidence of delivery, download access, communications, and transaction records may be provided to payment processors in dispute proceedings.

9. Server Bans and Platform Actions

VentureDev is not responsible for:

  • FiveM server bans
  • Cfx.re actions
  • Discord actions
  • Hosting provider actions
  • Platform suspensions
  • Account terminations

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring their use of products complies with applicable platform rules and terms.

10. Data Loss Disclaimer

Customers are solely responsible for maintaining backups.

VentureDev shall not be liable for:

  • Lost data
  • Corrupted databases
  • Server crashes
  • Lost revenue
  • Lost player progress
  • Business interruption

Customers should fully test products in a development environment before deploying to a live server.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

VENTUREDEV SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THIS INCLUDES DAMAGES FOR:

  • LOSS OF PROFITS
  • LOSS OF REVENUE
  • LOSS OF BUSINESS
  • LOSS OF DATA
  • SERVER DOWNTIME
  • PLAYER LOSS
  • REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE

IN NO EVENT SHALL VENTUREDEV'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Customer Indemnification

Customers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VentureDev, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, and representatives from any claim, demand, lawsuit, loss, liability, damage, judgment, settlement, or expense arising from:

  • Customer use of products
  • Customer modifications
  • Customer server operations
  • Violations of law
  • Violations of third-party rights

13. Product Updates

VentureDev is under no obligation to provide:

  • Future updates
  • New features
  • Compatibility patches
  • Framework migrations
  • Long-term support

Any updates provided are voluntary unless otherwise stated.

14. Anti-Piracy Policy

Unauthorized distribution, sharing, leaking, or resale of VentureDev products is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to:

  • Revoke licenses
  • Terminate accounts
  • Refuse future service
  • Pursue legal remedies where appropriate

15. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate customer access at any time for:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks
  • Abuse of support systems
  • License violations
  • Product redistribution
  • Harassment of staff

16. Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal claim, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally through written communication.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Any legal action must be brought exclusively in the courts located within Florida, USA.

17. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of VentureDev products after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
